    Disclaimer: Please obtain a doctor’s clearance before undertaking exercise if you are new to weight training/resistance training or haven’t exercised in some time.

  • Who is this not for?

    • If you have any injuries, are pregnant or newly postnatal, have any movements you feel discomfort or pain with, then a Personalised Training Program can be tailored to your specific needs.

    • If you do not have access to a gym or a variety of gym equipment (various dumbbells weights). A Personalised Training Program can be designed with the equipment you have available.

    • If you are new to resistance training/ weight training, then the Newcomer Program will be more suited to you.

    • If you have any health conditions, these programs may not be for you. Please contact Kirsty with your doctor’s clearance letter for exercise and a description of your health conditions to receive confirmation if these programs will be suitable for you, before purchasing.

    • Women who need improvement with self-motivation and consistency. One of the Connect with Kirsty Online Coaching packages will be more beneficial for you.

    • Women who have a goal of strength gains only. You will need a Personalised Training Program that will be designed and structured specifically for this goal.
