Your consultation with Kirsty will connect via video conference with Zoom.
The purpose of these video conferences are to work more thoroughly on you to help you become your very best self, sooner.
You may benefit from having a 30 minute consultation once or twice, or you may wish to make these sessions part of your regular WELLNESS routine and have them weekly, fortnightly or monthly to check in with yourself an continue the momentum in your progress and goal achievement.
Once you have finalised your Consultation order in the cart, Kirsty will contact you via your email address provided to arrange the best time to book in your Connect With Kirsty Consultation session.

You may choose to use these video conferences with Kirsty for a variety of different reasons, such as:
• To discuss mindset weakness and poor habits to find solutions and ways to strengthen and improve.
• To have someone to connect with who has genuine empathy and to feel seen, heard and be helped on any personal topics that may be inhibiting you obtaining your physique goals.
• To discuss your feelings and emotions as you move through your transformation journey.
• To collaborate on your programs and plans with your vision on what you are going to achieve and the smaller goals along the way.
• To have Kirsty look at your movement patterns in any exercises you would like technique and form corrected.
• A zoom Personal Training session with the equipment you have at home or at your accomodation if traveling.
